1. Return Eligibility
You can claim a return/replacement when:
- Product is faulty, damaged, or not working
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene & medical safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:
- Blood pressure monitors
- Sugar meters
- Thermometers
- Oximeters
- Nebulizers
- Any device that touches skin or bodily fluids
Opened/used medical devices are non-returnable.
3. Return Process
- Contact us on WhatsApp / Email
- Share order number & issue details
- Provide unboxing video/pictures (mandatory)
- Return will be approved after verification
4. Replacement
After receiving the faulty product, we will send a new replacement within 2–4 working days.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if:
- The product is out of stock
- Replacement is not available
- Order is cancelled before dispatch
Refund mode: Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
6. Shipping Cost for Returns
- If the item is defective: D Links pays the return shipping.
- If customer wants return without valid issue: Customer pays shipping charges.
